FIREWORKS EVENT GUIDELINES
TICKETS
Fireworks Tickets permit entry after 6:00pm. The All Day Pass for both adults and children allow entvisit the Gardens between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on the day of the show.
WRISTBANDS
All Fireworks ticket holders who are Frequent Visitor Pass holders or who have an All Day Pass will be required to wear a wristband if they enter the Gardens before 6 p.m. on the day of the show. Wristbands will be issued by the ticket taker upon entering the Gardens. Wristbands will allow visitors to remain in the Gardens when they are closed to day only visitors at 6 p.m.
CHAIRS AND BLANKETS
Chairs and blankets are not allowed in the Gardens before 3 p.m. At 3 p.m. all Fireworks ticket holders who are Frequent Visitor Pass holders, or who have an All Day Pass will be allowed to place their chairs and blankets in the viewing area.
PARKING PASS
Parking passes are no longer required for this event.
FOOD, ETC.
We offer Cafeteria, Full Service, and Barbecue Buffet dining. Our wooded picnic area, located outside the main parking lot, remains open continuously until dusk. Food and drink, tripods, and radios may not be brought into the Gardens.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Every effort will be made to set off fireworks as scheduled, even if a brief rain delay is necessary. The show can proceed in light rain, but severe storm conditions may force postponement. Decision to delay or postpone under these conditions will normally be made at show time, and not before, although exceptional circumstances may necessitate an earlier postponement. Postponement decisions are based on weather conditions at our location. Please note that wind direction and humidity can affect the visibility of the display. This often cannot be determined until the show is underway.
RAIN DATES
Two rain dates are scheduled for each display (but the second rain date is only used if the first rain date is rained out). Rain date for the Sunday show is Monday then Wednesday. Rain date for the Saturday show is Sunday; should Sunday be rained out then Monday. Only in the unlikely occurrence that all three dates for the performance are rained out will refunds be given. Refunds for rained out performances are given only upon receipt of a written request by September 30, 2007. Unused tickets and a self-addressed stamped business envelope should be included with the request.
NEXT DAY PASS
Fireworks ticket holders who wish to visit with us the day after a show may purchase half-price admission tickets by showing their Fireworks ticket stub.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced.
